Rollo is a senior executive with 20 years experience of marketing and innovation leadership and four years at the forefront of business
sustainability.
Former Marketing and Innovation Director at Healthspaan, where he was also on the strategic board, he is also the Co-lead and Founder of Guernsey's Sustainable Business Initiative.
He has particular interest in embedding innovation and sustainability within an organisation's "BAU".
Mike Ozanne
TECHNOLOGY STRATEGY & DIGITAL TRANSFORMATION
Mike is an IT Executive with over 15 years of development and technical leadership experience.
He brings superior team-building and vendor management expertise with a focus on process improvement to enhance IT operations and software development practices whilst reducing costs.
Mike has a proven track record of designing, developing and implementing enterprise-class solutions and thrives in dynamic and fluid environments while remaining pragmatic and focused.
Charlotte Dunsterville
CUSTOMER SERVICE & CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE
Charlotte is an executive director with over 25 years experience of leadership in customer experience, people led transformation, customer service, marketing and customer insight.
Charlotte always brings the customer perspective to the table and enjoys the often-tricky challenge of translating strategy into tangible action. She has a strong operational background coupled with extensive commercial experience and has delivered several large business transformation programmes focused on the customer.
Colin Woodcock
PROJECT OFFICE & BUSINESS TRANSFORMATION
Colin has over 25 years experience working both strategically and operationally in different industries; from private banking, trust, fund, legal, accounting and retail services, to public utilities. He specialises in change management, especially process automation, quality assurance and reporting solutions.
Colin helps organisations operate more efficiently by engendering positive change and getting the most out of available resources.
He has a particular interest in business analysis and harnessing the power of data to enable informed decision making, thereby creating competitive advantage. He is a problem solver and is a proponent of effective communication throughout organisations.
Mat Desforges
SUSTAINABILITY STRATEGY
A senior executive with 25+ years experience in professional services, government, statutory bodies, regulation and entrepreneurial businesses.
Mat was States renewable energy Policy Advisor and was Commercial Director for a Renewable Energy company. He brings excellent strategic and oversight skills as well as the ability to focus on detail to ensure smooth business transformation and implementation.
He has senior and hands on experience in various sectors including financial services, legal, accountancy, energy, sustainability and the public sector including helping the GFSC.
He uses financial and management skills with stakeholders, policy, people and coaching.
He is also qualified Chartered Accountant and holds the IOD Diploma in Corporate Direction.
Olivia Bennett
COURSE DIRECTOR
Olivia is a passionate sustainability professional with a background in Environmental Science and Policy.
Her academic journey sparked a deep interest in sustainability and education, leading her to create the first Guernsey Carbon Literacy Training for UN1TY.
As course director, Olivia is dedicated to empowering individuals and organisations with the knowledge and tools to make a positive impact on the environment. She designs bespoke training sessions that cover a wide range of topics, from climate science to business sustainability.
Bella Dean
SUSTAINABILITY CONSULTANT
Bella is a passionate advocate for sustainability with a strong background in Marine Biology.Her academic journey, coupled with her practical experience in sustainability consultancy, has equipped her with a comprehensive understanding of the complex issues surrounding environmental protection and social justice.
Driven by a commitment to creating a more sustainable future, Bella is dedicated to leveraging her skills and knowledge to develop and implement innovative solutions. Her work focuses on the intersection of environmental sustainability, human well-being, and social equity, ensuring that her contributions benefit both the planet and its inhabitants.
Caitlin Duquemin
GRADUATE SUSTAINABILITY ADVISOR
Caitlin completed a master’s at the University of Sussex in Conflict, Security and Development, and following this, worked for the States of Guernsey at Guernsey Waste, where she learnt about the island’s waste strategy, assisted on projects, and helped the public with their waste and recycling queries.
Combined with her studies, this prior role tied into her personal passion for sustainability and desire to affect
positive change in a professional setting.
