Rob Randell
TECHNOLOGY STRATEGY AND DIGITAL TRANSFORMATION
With more than 25 years in the industry, Rob is an experienced technology leader and strategic decision maker with a proven track record of managing global teams and handling diverse portfolios of products. Skilled at implementing and driving change, both imposed and team-led, he has also experienced change himself, not least while working for a unicorn start-up that was bought by EMC, itself then bought out by Dell – big shifts which unsurprisingly resulted in equally significant system upheaval.
His professional experience, coupled with his academic interest in psychology and software engineering have been intrinsic in Rob’s understanding that there is no single way to manage change, but there are certainly better ways to include an organisation, its technology and, most importantly, its people in the completion of a successful transformation.
