Planning for success: completing an EPC on a prospective property



More EPC news from UN1TY! This time, we were pleased to complete a domestic EPC for our client on a property in the planning phase. This meant that we could provide valuable insight to our client on the EPC rating of their property before it has been built, which would have allowed for any adjustments and improvements to be made. This wasn't necessary however, as the prospective property scored an A! This gives a great indication that as long as the plans are followed through, the property should score similarly highly once it has been built.
