UN1TY welcomes a new starter

UN1TY are pleased to announce that Caitlin Duquemin has filled the position of Graduate Sustainability Advisor. Caitlin completed a master’s at the University of Sussex in Conflict, Security and Development, and following this, worked for the States of Guernsey at Guernsey Waste, where she learnt about the island’s waste strategy, assisted on projects, and helped the public with their waste and recycling queries. Combined with her studies, this prior role tied into her personal passion for sustainability and desire to affect positive change in a professional setting. Her new role will continue on this career path, and will focus on three main areas: assisting clients with management and mitigation of carbon emissions using a variety of internationally recognised frameworks, delivering the accredited Carbon Literary training course to in-person workshops, and following training, completing Energy Performance Certificates for domestic properties.

On her appointment to the role, Caitlin said:

‘I’m thrilled to have an opportunity to channel my personal passion for sustainability into a business like UN1TY, who are doing amazing work both on island and further afield. I’m very excited about starting this role and can’t wait to get stuck in and learn from this incredible team.’

Caitlin joins UN1TY’s growing sustainability advisory team with Rollo de Sausmarez, Mat Desforges, Olivia Bennett and Bella Dean. Please do get in touch with our team to arrange a coffee and find out more about what services UN1TY can provide for your business.
